End of Life Policy
End-of-Life milestones are set-out below. During the period between End of Development (EOD) and End of Support (EOS), Skyfii Support will continue to investigate, troubleshoot, and characterise issues. If a solution cannot be found using the existing Beonic TI v6.5 software that has reached the EOD milestone, Skyfii Support will require customers to upgrade to our Skyfii IO SaaS solution.
- End of Development (EOD):
The last date that Skyfii product development and engineering will release any final software maintenance or patch release.
- End of Support (EOS):
During the period between End of Development and End of Support, Skyfii Support will continue to investigate, troubleshoot, and characterise issues in an attempt to provide solutions and workarounds using the last available product release. If a solution can not be found for the software that has reached the EOD milestone, Skyfii may require that the system be migrated to the Skyfii IO SaaS solution. After a software release reaches the EOS milestone, hosted services will be decommissioned and Skyfii Support will provide support for on-premise installations only on a commercially reasonable effort basis.
