New Visit Flow Report
We’ve made it easier to understand where your visitors go after they enter your building with the new Visit Flow report.
New colors make it easier to analyze how visitors flow between zones. Also, in addition to segmenting flows by dimensions like visit type or gender, you can now view flows for total visits. Finally, the new report allows you to configure the number of zones shown in each step, giving you more control over the level of detail shown in the report.
Extended Time Ranges for Busiest Dashboard Widgets
Does your venue break apart from the typical 9am-5pm routine? You can now extend the default time ranges shown in the Busiest Visits and Busiest Passers By dashboard widgets simply by resizing them.
Segment Marketing Lists by Registration Source
You can now segment your IO Engage marketing lists based on how those users were added to your database – giving you more ways to create targeted marketing campaigns. This new feature allows you to target users based on whether they were added through your WiFi portal, CSV import, or API (eg, registered on your website and were imported via API integration).
New Integration with Ruckus Cloud
Ruckus Cloud customers can now easily add Skyfii as their captive portal provider using the Ruckus Cloud web interface.
Customizable Minimum Age in WiFi Captive Portals
Based on the needs and legislation of your venue, you can set the minimum age of users able to register to your WiFi network. For users under the minimum age, you can choose to block access or anonymize their data.
